Assistance needed and requested to locate a source (new or used) for the door check detent springs used in the 1941  60s.  They are different than those used in the series 62.  The door checks are located inside of each of the doors and are held in place with four rivets. This detent spring is made out of a piece of flat spring steel with a couple of corrugations. Their funtion is to prevent the door from closing on its own.
Alternatively, does anyone have suggestions on fabricating the detent springs?
