I wanted to get my dash refinished, and was looking for info on were to get it done. Just dahes I heard was good, and Dash Specialists is in the self starter.I was also given the name Jenkins restoration. If any one has had work done at these or anyother places and had feed back I would like to hear from you.

Thanks

Hi Stan,

I have heard nothing but good reports from the work Just Dashes has done over the years.  In addition, I had my '57 dashpad restored by them and I was very happy ......... the quality of their work on my project was absolutely first rate, although we did have some trouble getting the shade of the turquoise the way I wanted ....... turns out there are many different shades of turquoise, so I did not consider that problem their fault.  In the end they refunded the color surcharge and I had the pad sprayed by my own guy and the results were just perfect.  Maybe, if you have an unusual color, you might want to consider having them send your dash in a neutral color and then matching the pad color to the rest of the car ......... just a thought, but then you'll be on your own which has it's good and bad points.  But as far as the quality and fit of the pad itself, I don't think you'll go wrong with Just Dashes.

All the best,

Jack.

I fully agree.  "Just Dashes" did the dash pad on my '55 Eldo and the results were
stunning to say the least.  As Jack stated, I also had mine resprayed the "correct'
color to match everything else -- that's easy to do.

Just another confirmation and my 2 cents worth.

Just Dashes is absolutely TOP, they did the dash of my 59 Eldo and I'm very satisfied. Not cheap, but if you want the real thing this is the right address.

Jenkins is specialising in seats and door panels, I doubt if they also do dashes. They'll give you an honest answer anyway. If they'll do it, be sure it'll be top quality.
