SERVICE STABILITY SYSTEM

Has anyone had any work done on an escalade 02 for warning light  SERVICE STABILITY SYSTEM ? Light comes on minutes after I start the enginr and start driving

A friend of mine had that message on his 2001 Deville DHS and the repair cost, for the electronic module that failed and labor at the dealer, was about $700.00. As they say in the fine print at the bottom of advertisements, your problem source and repair cost may vary.

I have heard that sometimes those stability systems get mad from simple things like under or over inflated tires.  Even mismatch tires sizes from different batches of the same model.
