Title: 60 fleetwood

Were they available with a 2 color combo, red with white top.
Were padded dash standard

Hello Tom

Yes some of the 1959 Cadillac 6029 were two tone from the factory.  The body data plate will reveal the original specifications.

Paint 12-12C is white painted lower with white padded roof. Trim 60 is white leather with black cloth.

In answer to your other question, padded dash was standard.
