I just saw one of these for sale and wonder what it is and whether it's considered collectible. Also wonder whether there are problems with the model, whether the Talisman actually possesses significant technological advances or the nameplate is the only thing different from the standard Deville.

Any info appreciated. Curiosity overwhelms.
