56 cadillac covertible 62 series , ruff with coupe parts car

This is a ruff 56 convertible project with a nice desert 56 coupe parts car.
the convertible has a very rusted front floor and some rust in the trunk ,
rocker panels and rear lower quarter panels.and a cut windshield frame although I have one that goes with this project.
the convertible parts not included are:
1- top assembly
2- convertible windshield stainless
3- pinch and tac rail
4- quarter windows
5- titles

this car has the original convertible frame.
the quarter panels are very strait, except of course the lower rust.
asking price is $5000   the cars in Oregon
