Hi All
I have an issue with my 1968 de Ville Convertible power windows. My master switch works for all the windows (up & down and no issues). My Emergency/Lock switch works; when I use the EMERGENCY button I am able to roll windows up and down. Leaving the  switch on Normal, once the key is in the on position the windows work.
My issue is that none of my other (rh front & rear switches) power window switches work.
I have checked the power window fuse and also the relay in the front footwell and both are ok. I have tested my windows lock out switch with the ohmmeter and the switch is good.
1) Can anyone help me with explaining how does the power get to the rest of the switches? (I tested the rear driver switch (connector) with a test light and there is no power going to it.
2) When in Emergency Mode, should you be able to roll the windows up/down from other switches? If so that doesn't work either.

I greatly appreciate any help.
