1969 Fleetwood 75 Door Latch/ Striker Issues

Cadillac Nut

Received acquired a '69. Both front doors do not shut properly.  The driver door is stuck closed.   The passenger does not stay shut.  Is this a problem with the door latch springs?   It seems like the strikers are worn too, are new ones available?   The driver door also sags,  I see pin and bushing kits are sold, any tips for putting one of those in would be appreciated.   Thanks.

That is an easy fix.  Those door strikers have a nylon bushing
mounted on the striker shaft.  Once that wears out, the door
will not close properly.  Replacements are available at OPG:

I replaced them on my '73 some years ago.  Hint:  Use a Sharpie to mark the position of the old striker washer. 
That gives you a starting point to position the replacement.  You need a Torx fitting to remove these (don't remember which size).  There is plenty of leeway on these to move up, down
and side-side to get a good fit.
