This one looks like a real nice project for somebody....

Wish I had the space and the money....

Lots of work has been completed....It won't need much to finish...

I have owned two 1937 series 70 cars.  A convertible sedan, and a four door sedan.  I can honestly say, these were two of the finest driving Cadillacs that I have owned

Tempting if I didn't have to paint it but the price seems right.

It looks to me that the intention was to keep the car as original as possible such as HPOF. The paint is a little too far gone for that. So as Tim mentions you have paint and then chrome. But it is still a super cool car that you don't see many of.

Is this - or was this - one of John Gately's cars?

The car was at the Quincey GN for display just one day. It was owned by Mike Zavarella who recently passed away. He was a good friend of John Gately and others in the NE region.     Harry

Yes...... I'm the new owner of this 1937. Bought it from John back in November out of Rocksbury Ma. Very very happy to have picked this vehicle up at a great price, Pink slip read Silvio Zaverella. Runs and drives great just need some carb. work. Planning to clean it up as much as possible and enjoy driving it. Vehicle now resides in N.California. 😊EEC80EB6-4F2B-4A9E-9954-EFE1E127AB6F.jpeg
