The engine cylinders have bin bored before to 20 over. I just started to rebuild the engine and found out six of the eight cylinders are in good condition but two need sleeves. Any one know where I can get two sleeves? It looks to be the best way to fix those two cylinders.

Try Egge.or Terrell machine, in Texas I believe.

Most any machine shop can supply sleeves.
Are you looking to retain all of the existing pistons?
That block can likely be bored.080 over but should be sonic tested first just to be cautious.
Anyone know how big those blocks can go?

These old 346 blocks are super thick. Mine was bored out to 379 +/- Cubic inch without any problem.(40 over?) It was sonic tested first and found flawless.  Custom made pistons from Egge fit perfectly.  She really rumbled.
