I had included 2 more vintage newspaper print ads in our latest 1963/64 Cadillac Chapter November Newsletter and have posted here. These newspaper ads are not as clear or hi res as the gloss magazine print ads, but often have different & unique advertising themes.

Two of my favorite Cadillac ads are the National Geographic "the first time you cross town in your new Cadillac" (NYC)

The other is the red leather deville interior, white exterior looking from the open passengers door across the beautiful upholstery.

Here is another newspaper print ad I had posted in a 1963/64 Chapter Newsletter earlier this year at the 1964/65 Worlds Fair in NY:

April 22, 1964 San Francisco Examiner GM Futurama
Print Ad: "An International Celebrity Arrives at the Fair"
featuring a 1964 Cadillac Series 62 Sedan Four Window.

Appears to be a Sedan deVille.

Yes. The World's Fair ad is the one that appears to be the 4 Window Series 62 ... corrected. That is an example of copy and past getting you in trouble.

Here is another one of the more obscure 1964 vintage ads...

This one always made me think of Don Draper!

Those are beautiful ads Jason! I particularly love the Don Draper one, just looks so cool.

"Compact or the Cadillac sir?" that should have been a phrase back then. Lol

Just the collecting of original ads is a fun hobby.  I always like seeing them and they are getting harder to find.  They tell stories of a bygone era and perceptions of what the good life was meant to be.  Thanks for posting.

I agree, starting in 64 with the great performing/ultra smooth TH400 and the increase overall power of the 429 with 340 HP and 480 ft lbs of torque, made this particular year a tire burner.

Motor trend of that year featured a road test and proclaimed they "never seen anything so big ... move so fast"
