Hi,

I am in need of a heater - A/C sensor which is located on top of the instrument panel in my 69 60 special Fleetwood.

Not sure if this can be somehow renovated? Is there anyone manufacturing the aftermarket replacements? Or do I have to look for the NOS?

Thanks

If you are talking about just the thermister itself, what I did was graft one from a later system into the control circuit.

Hi Greg, can you elaborate on how did you retrofit the newer one?

unsolder the thermister from the (later model) NOS assembly and solder it in place of the defective (in your case 1969) thermister.

Hi, I tried sending you a PM, but it says your inbox is full.
I would be interested in the sensor.
Can you tell with 100% confidence it works well? Would you send it overseas as I am located in Europe?
And last but not least how much do you ask for it?

Hi,
Thank you, I didn't know my box was full, I deleted a bunch of old messages and if you want to send me a private message now you can. I have no problem shipping to Europe. I will get one of the pieces out and see if I can test it
Thank you
Michael
