In the truck they are showing 2 bars next to the jack, the lug nut remover (standard tire iron) and another one with a lip in it. I don't have that one in my Trunk and is it used to pry off the wheel caps?

I assume its the tool to remove the wheel covers. It will not work on the Sabre wheels and small hubcap.

I have looked at a lot of trunks and jack placement's to get my 57 Biarritz correct
 and have never seen that pry bar in any of the Eldorado trunks.
I guess it's a part that I won't chase down...
