I would appreciate tips on proper installation of the cancel spring. Have had apart many times. I am using NOS spring. Question is .....When spring is installed, there is two tabs/tangs which hold down or retain the spring. Are these tabs suppose to be bent down to securely hold spring, or not bent down to let spring arm "float". Someone has been in here before, so not sure how they are supposed to be !   I also have 3 NOS springs for sale $40 each. Thanks.
