Folks, I think this discussion has gone far enough.  As I have stated previously, the topic of modified cars brings out passion on both sides of the topic.

Before we go to all out war, let's stop now.  We all are in the hobby for the love of the cars.  Let's rally around that point and move on.

Well said Jeff and I agree.  Who the hell was the trouble maker that started that thread to begin with?  Sounds like some malcontent to me!

Hey Barry I was watching you at the buffet table at the Grand National, and you  almost topped me with the height of  your plate.  I only beat you by less then an inch stacking up my food.

Well,

The real aficionados turn wrenches and know how to repair and rebuild these cars. Restored to factory specifications or slightly modified, unless your name is Rockefeller you can hire a resto shop.

I learn more every year as I tackle more repair resto work on my Cadillacs. Good thing I'm a self taught autobody pro too. Could never afford a body shop.

As far as the forum goes people come here for help in what ever shape or form.

Jeff Hansen eloquently stated his position on this matter. Rightly so and he did a great job.

Just one big happy family here.
