Are Cadillacs and Lasalles judged at the Gilmore fall festival like they do at a Grand National?

Bill Anderson was kind enough to p.m. me with this link which describes how the Cadillacs and Lasalles are judged. It is not like a Grand National. When you open the link click on the join us tab and choose which of the two categories your interested in..
